Terms of service

By installing or using Vistolist, you agree to these terms.

Service

The app uses automated systems to produce product images, product facts, marketing copy, SEO fields, and Shopify drafts. Generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed by the merchant before publication.

Merchant responsibilities

You must have the right to use submitted photographs, brands, and product information. You are responsible for product claims, pricing, inventory, regulatory disclosures, intellectual-property compliance, and the final content published to your store.

Draft-only Shopify actions

The app creates Shopify products as drafts. It does not intentionally publish products automatically. You control final review and publication in Shopify.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or abusive content, or attempt to bypass access controls and usage limits.

Billing and image credits

Subscription charges and optional image credit packs are billed through Shopify. Review the price in Shopify before approving a plan or purchase. Monthly allowances renew each billing period and do not roll over. New image credit packs are valid for 12 months from purchase, with a separate expiry date for each pack. Existing credits purchased before this policy keep their original no-expiry terms. Monthly allowances are used before purchased credits, with the earliest expiry used first. Only successful generations consume credits; unused reservations are released after technical failures. Credit packs do not add product sets or SEO packages.

Uninstalling disconnects the app. Shopify shop-data deletion requests remove app records, including credit balances and purchase records. Automatic restoration after this deletion is not currently supported. Contact support about unused credits before uninstalling. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Availability and changes

We may improve, suspend, or modify features to maintain quality, security, legal compliance, or provider compatibility. Material pricing or policy changes will be presented through Shopify or the app.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for merchant publication decisions, lost sales, or indirect damages. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
